AASKI Technology, Inc. has announced the purchase of the Airborne Business Unit from Tachyon Networks, Inc.  This includes the aXiom line of satellite communications products, the aXOS software, and the personnel required to continue customer delivery and support.  “We are pleased that AASKI values the unique capabilities of aXiom and has made a significant commitment to acquire this industry-leading technology.  The aXiom product portfolio has been the consequence of many years of focused research and development and we are gratified that AASKI is fervently dedicated to continue providing support with this platform” said Peter Carides, CEO & CTO of Tachyon Networks.
